For the creation of the “absolutely golden” version of the men's perfume “1 Million”, the three of the most famous French perfumers - Olivier Pescot, Michel Girard and Christophe Reynaud, took up. “Noses” decided to use completely unexpected ingredients in the new composition: red mandarin, a floral bouquet in the “heart” of the perfume with a pronounced rose chord (this is for men!). The new “million” is based on notes of light suede and dark leather, as well as woody shades, saffron and warm ambergris, giving these men's spirits a recognizable character and originality. “In order to preserve the element of surprise, we tried to replace or add some new ingredients to the existing formula,” explains Christoph Reynaud. “Thus, the top notes turned out to be explosive and sparkling, the heart was soft and luxurious like a maroon rose, and the train was velvet and magical, thanks to the ingredient precious for high perfumery - oud, which was first used by us in the perfume Paco Rabanne. In general, the perfume with a concentration of aromatic substances of 16% turned out to be very multifaceted. And the men who will wear it, we’ll have to discover more and more facets of “1 Million Absolutely Gold.” I think we managed to achieve the perfect balance between extreme aromatic saturation and natural sophistication. "
The new “Lady Million” was the brainchild of perfumer Anna Flipo, who, in collaboration with Beatrice Piquet and Dominic Ropion in 2010, worked on the first version of these women's perfumes. “Lady Million fragrance is an intriguing perfume that can emphasize different facets of one woman,” says Anna Flipo. “The task of the“ absolutely golden ”formula of our“ Lady ”is not just to seduce, but to create a real explosion of feelings and emotions. For this, we used bitter orange and neroli in the top notes, which smoothly turn into perfection of a bouquet of orange flowers and jasmine, giving an absolutely stunning trail, ending with patchouli and woody-amber warm enveloping notes.This is a magic elixir of love! No more, no less. E another secret of new perfumes is their concentration of 20% and the instant “second skin effect”, which is achieved through woody chords and reveals all the facets of patchouli and ambergris. "
New creations by perfumers are packaged in bottles of the same configurations - a gold bar for “1 Million” (100 ml) and a faceted diamond (in the form of the famous historical Regent Diamond weighing 400 carats) for “Lady Million” (80 ml) - with only one the difference: there are no transparent edges in them, and a full feeling is created that inside is not perfume that flows overflowing at all, but liquid gold. Well, House Paco Rabanne is not unfaithful. For him, "all that glitters is gold."
