Super-towers with a jungle and a beach will appear in Dubai

Residential and hotel complex with artificial beach and tropical forest will be built in Dubai by 2018.

The project cost is estimated at US $ 300 million. The towers will be located on the main city highway, in the Tecom area, and will operate under the Curio brand - A Collection by Hilton, owned by the international Hilton Worldwide hotel chain. The project, called Rosemont Hotel & Residences, will consist of two high-rise buildings with 47 floors each. One of them will occupy an apart-hotel with 450 rooms, the second - 280 serviced apartments. They will be connected by a five-story podium, where there will be an artificial beach and a rainforest.
