Famous chefs will open restaurants in the new Dubai mega-project

The Royal Atlantis project will be the platform for debut in the region of world famous chefs.

The $ 1.4 billion mega-project Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences in Dubai will significantly diversify the range of restaurants in the emirate. Chef Jose Andrés's ThinkFoodGroup is expected to launch the Spanish Jaleo restaurant in 2019.

“I will be very happy to open Jaleo at The Royal Atlantis Resort & Residences in Dubai - our first restaurant in the United Arab Emirates and in an incredible and majestic place!” Said Andres, who earned two Michelin stars among other achievements.

Another eminent chef who is about to open his first restaurant in the Middle East at Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences is Heston Blumenthal.

Royal Atlantis Resort and Residences includes 795 hotel rooms and suites, as well as over 230 luxury apartments with private gardens, terraces and pools.
