The first attraction of 2018 will be the Dubai Frame, which will open to the public on January 1.
After a long wait, the residents and guests of Dubai will finally be able to enjoy a panoramic view of the city from the observation deck of the golden frame, which rises in the Zabeel Park in Dubai.

People will be able to enter the territory of the new attraction from 10 am on Monday - the first day of the new year - until 7 pm for 50 dirhams ($ 13.6) for adult visitors and 20 dirhams for children aged 3 to 12 years. People over 60 years old and people with special needs will be able to visit the Frame for free along with two accompanying people.
Hussein Luta, general manager of the Dubai Municipality, said Frame is Dubai’s New Year’s present for everyone.
Visitors to attractions will be able to get their tickets to Zabeel Park. In the near future, in cooperation with Etisalat, an online platform will be launched that will allow people to buy tickets to visit the framework and the new safari park using smartphones.
Luta announced that the Frame will be able to receive only 200 visitors per hour with groups of 20 people. The date and time will be indicated on the ticket, so people preparing to climb the Frame should decide on the time of their visit in order to avoid delays.
A project worth 260 million dirhams ($ 70.8 million) tells the story of the past, present and future of Dubai. Two glass towers 150 meters high are connected by a 93-meter bridge from which visitors can see the whole city: in the north are the sights of old Dubai, including Deira, Umm Hurair and Karama, and in the south are modern shopping centers, skyscrapers and Burj Khalifa.
Two million people are expected to climb the Frame each year.
In creating the Framework, the developers were inspired by the Expo 2020 logo.
At the main gate of the attraction, visitors will find a museum that tells the history of the city.
